For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Mark 11:23 KJV

We've all heard that maxim that 'silence is golden', but there are times when it's necessary to speak up. To be bold to confront what confronts us and to speak up about things that aren't going well for us. Jesus himself gave us the ticket to speak up and against anything confronting us or blocking our way to our desired target. He said we should command the mountains to move. To make a command you need to speak up, to make a sound, to voice out the edit. We cannot command the mountains by remaining silent or whispering or murmuring our prayers. There are some situations where being silent only hinders our own movement forward; those times when silence is not golden and not necessary. This year, if we want to make progress in our spiritual walk, and mature as true sons and daughters of God, we need to draw upon our authority and speak words of power upon each situation that doesn't work for us. We will not sit by idly and keep quiet and watch things be destroyed before our very eyes. No way. We will decree, we will command, we will stamp our authority over each and every obstacle in the name of Jesus Christ. And we will see them melt away in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Only believe and see how the power in his name will change things in our favour.

Let's pray: Your children have awoken up to the immense power we have in your name. As we command in your name Jesus Christ, back us up with signs and wonders. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray. Amen
