Scripture:
And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus. Ephesians 2:6 AMP
God is truly good. When he chose us as his own, he covered all bases. When we believed, he placed us inside of Christ such that everywhere Christ is, we are too. Think about this for a while: the head never leaves the body, they move together. Everywhere the head goes the body is attached to it. If Christ is the head of the church, and we are his body, then everywhere Christ is, we are. Our verse above, is reminding us again that we're far above all kinds of troubles, pain and challenges. We're being told plainly that we're seated in high places with Christ. What does that even mean? It means that just as Christ Jesus is above all things, so are we. Not because we have any extraordinary powers but because we are found in him. Again and again we're reminded of our original blessings from creation. We've been created to take over, as believers we've got the power. The next time there's a challenge or issue, change the level and dimension of addressing it. Take it to the higher dimension where we're seated with Christ. Bring it to that same table where Christ is seated and address it with the superiority and power it deserves. Remember we're seated together with the head of all principalities and powers.
