Scripture:

"But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, too little to be among the clans of Judah; from you One shall come forth for Me [who is] to be Ruler in Israel, His going forth (appearances) are from long ago, from ancient days". Micah 5:2 AMP

Out of the despised, God can touch, use and turn into glory. From the least and unqualified, God can still choose, call and change the story. Has God not shown us time and again that he does the unpredictable? Truly his ways are magnificent. Bethlehem was one of the smallest or the least recognized among the tribes and clan of Judah. They weren't known for much. They were labeled "few", "little"; yet in God's plans they were great. Out of the 'little' clan came someone Great, so great that King's came to his birth. One so great that until today, we still mention the town of Bethlehem. What does this teach you and I? No matter how small we think we are, God can change our story. He can call us from being the least or the last and bring us first, forward, ahead. It doesn't matter how small we may see ourselves, God can still use us mightily. It doesn't matter how little the thing we have in our hands may be, God can turn it into greatness. Our scripture tells us that even though we may know Christ in our times, he's been around from long ago; the days of  eternity. This our God is ever present in any and every generation and circumstance to those who need him. He's timeless. He's everlasting. He's ageless. And because he's not restricted by time, he can do anything at any time. May we turn our lives over to him completely if we want to experience a proper change.

Let’s pray: my life is in your hands Jehovah, turn it into something beautiful. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray. Amen
